[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this TV for a couple of weeks. Took some time to work through the many smart features and get the screen display we wanted. Beautiful picture, excellent contrasts even in a brightly lit room. The AI functionality is not as accurate as we would have hoped and so we don’t use this feature for auto adjustments. The mail issue is inaccurate brightness and unnatural skin colours. But there is no doubt this TV is a vast improvement on our earlier Samsung. Looking forward to our new Samsung soundbar to get the full integrated sound features!

Felt like we saw and heard so much more than ever before. Crisp, bright visuals and the audio is amazing, you don't even need a soundbar. The response time / performance is sensational and I love the simpler remote with the additional access to control the TV via my phone.

We purchased our tv approximately a month ago. It’s great. We are Samsung tv users for the last 20 years. We had our old 42” for 10 years and we still have out - it has only recently started showing deterioration As for our current new tv it’s perfect. We got 65”. It’s nice and big but not overkill for the space. Brightness is amazing. It’s technology so use friendly. It connected to our Samsung soundbar and subwoofer so easily as well. The AI feature is also great. Still learning all the features of the ai and tv itself but so far no issues We would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

The responsiveness and navigation on the menus is of the highest standard and am happy I made the decision the upgrade from a standard QLED. I have had many different Samsung TVs over a number of years and the upgrade for this range is very noticeable and brings out amazing pictures for movies and shows.

Setup was quick and straightforward, and the Samsung Vision AI features and smart interface are intuitive and responsive. Navigating between apps is fast, and everything feels polished and premium. The design is sleek and very slim , giving it a modern look that fits beautifully into our warehouse apartment While the built-in sound is good,we pairied it with a Sonos soundbar which takes the experience to another level. Overall, this TV delivers premium performance at a very competitive price, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality 4K television. Five stars.

Brightness is excellent even in a sunlit living room, and the contrast makes dark scenes look deep and detailed rather than washed out. Screen uniformity is great as well — colours and backlighting look even across the whole panel with no blotchy patches or edge glow, even on full-screen white or grey scenes. The 4K upscaling is impressive too; older HD content looks noticeably sharper. It's been responsive and smooth whether I'm streaming, gaming, or just navigating the menus. Really happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone considering an upgrade.

Our old Samsung was 12 years old and still working but it was time to swap it out. The clarity of the new TV is great and puts a new light on watching free to air TV. The audio is clear also. I see no significant improvement in the viewing quality between this QN80H that I have bought and that old TV. Also did not realise I wouldn't be able to get a number of the apps I had on old TV onto this one like NordVPN and Speedtests etc.... Remote is a nice idea to try and make it this size but it is not as functional easily as I would like.

The display is stunningly bright, crisp, and vibrant, making it an absolute joy for family movie nights. Setup was incredibly seamless. I have had this TV for 2 weeks and have found the settings I like to get a real lifelike 3D type images in most broadcast on my cable. It took some getting used to seeing the not pretty aspects of some actors /actresses complexion , ie sometimes the TV brings out the worst in your favourite actors close-ups. I also use this TV for a flight simulator and it provides a near lifelike images.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this TV a week ago and started daily usage normally with free to air channels and Netflix, YouTube and Prime Video. The brightness is good during day time but at night it’s very bright in some outdoor scenes and if I reduce brightness then picture goes too dark in AI mode that all contents look pitch black and can’t see any details of the area. For human faces look too bright like ghost pale skin and hair filled with color with no detail. I tried turning off AI picture mode and the picture quality gets worse. Overall there is no enjoyment in watching anything to be honest and not happy at all with the performance of this 65 inch Neo qled mini led 2026 model with the price of 2000 plus dollars. I will not recommend this product. I am requesting buy back from the retailer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely happy with the 65 inch, had to play around with the colour saturation as the Ai colour seems to boost contrast, colour and shadows. But very clear picture and I was very surprised at how good the black and shadow areas are. Also didnt realise how much customisation it had when it comes to connecting xbox or playstation. Heaps of screen options in an extra menu only available when playing games. And it connects to the samsung soundbar effortlessly. It automatically detected it and set it all up when connected to WiFi.

Bought the TV 2 weeks ago and so far so good. Still learning the little nuances and settings but in generall the picture is a definitely an upgrade from the 65 inch Samsung that I replaced that was purchased 7 years ago. The 2026 QLED Samsung QN80H is worth it. I am not a gamer but a big sports fan so it definitely suits my needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great TV, which has great picture and sound quality, BUT there is ONE THING which I absolutely and thoroughly dislike. The Samsung TV feature comes with right-wing propaganda channels pre-loaded (in particular, Sky News) and appallingly, the first few times I turned the set on, it defaulted to this channel! This is totally unacceptable, from a number of perspectives. You need to do much better than this.

Stunning Visuals & Massive Scale The resolution on this screen is absolutely awesome. Every scene is crystal clear, and the sheer size of the display makes total immersion a cinch. It genuinely feels like bringing the commercial theater experience right into your living room. Incredible Built-In Sound The biggest surprise is the audio. The way the sound travels and bounces around the room is incredible. It completely fills the space, making it almost unnecessary to buy an additional surround sound system or expensive soundbar. Flawless Smart Features Smart features can sometimes be clunky, but this TV has zero issues with my Alexa. It integrated into my smart home instantly and works flawlessly every single time. The Ultimate Verdict More than anything, this TV has brought my family closer together. My kids absolutely enjoy our cinema nights when they come over to spend time with their dad. Seeing their faces light up during movie nights makes this worth every single penny. Highly recommended!
