How to enable/disable the ‘call forwarding’ feature in your Samsung Galaxy Smartphone

Step 1. Open the Phone app and tap More options in the top right corner.

Step 2. Select Settings.

Step 3. Scroll down and select Complementary services.

Step 4. Tap Call forwarding.

Step 5. Select one of the Call Forwarding options.

Step 6. Enter the contact number to which you want calls forwarded. Once done, press the Turn on button.
