1st delivery 7 May 2024 came damaged fridge Second delivery on 14 May 2024 they delivered faulty non working fridge and took my wirking fridge which I traded in. 15 May I complained that it wasnt cooling at all and rather had hot temperature than outside. I requested for replacement. 30 May 2024 they picked up faulty fridge and its 20 June 2024 today but no update on replacement unit. When I called today they say it may take up to 30 business days from today!!! What a joke I am left without a fridge from 45 days I had I never bought fridge from Samsung and rather bought another fridge from local shop!

I bought my fridge two weeks ago and I am in love. I had to buy a fridge that my dog couldn’t open with his foot and steal food out of and this one does that perfectly with its French doors. It has plenty of room inside and I love the dual door feature as I don’t have to open the door fully to get to cold water and frequently used products like butter. The best feature is that my dog has been completely thwarted on his pillaging ways and can no longer open the fridge doors and now my food is safe.

I purchased this Samsung fridge 12 months ago, and it has been nothing but a disappointment. A few weeks ago, an error code appeared, and the fridge stopped cooling. I contacted Samsung, and while they arranged for a technician to fix it, I had to wait an entire week for someone to come. In the scorching Australian heat, all our food spoiled, and we struggled immensely with two small children. When the technician finally arrived, they replaced the compressor and the board. Unfortunately, the fix only lasted two weeks. The fridge stopped cooling again, this time making a grinding noise but without showing an error code. I spent over half an hour on the phone with Samsung, only to learn that the service center couldn’t send anyone to check the fridge until January 10, 2025—nearly two weeks from now. This fridge has caused us significant stress and inconvenience, especially during the holiday season. For the amount of money spent, I expected better quality and support. I would not recommend this fridge to anyone.

Installed on 8 April 2024. The Beverage Centre was not working from day 1 - water only trickles from the Water Dispenser, and the Water Jug does not get filled. Already raised the issue with support, and now awaiting resolution. Otherwise very happy with the fridge design and set up.

We've had the fridge for 6 weeks and so far it is freakin' awesome. We wanted a fridge that could make ice without pipes/plumbing... and boy does this deliver!! I get so excited when I hear the ice crashing into the container its like serotonin! A few things to point out: 1) the first time waiting for auto ice to make ice is LOOOONG. Just be patient and those chunky blocks of frozen water will appear and drop into the container 2) The reservoir to top up water for said ice making (and water dispenser) is super easy to refill and holds A LOT of water (huge plus) 3) The water dispenser is not that crash hot... its takes ageeees to fill up a glass, but you might be more patient than me and not care. It does work though. 4) When you don't want to wait for 3) above and fill your glass of chilled water, you can use the nifty jug that has its own home in the 'Beverage Centre' - which is the fancy mini door you can access drinks without having to open the whole fridge up. 5) I also love that all the doors have LEDs light, so when you're opening either side of the freezer doors on the bottom, you can see inside them if the light in the kitchen isn't great (or you can't be bothered to turn the light on) 6) Finally, we use the adjustable shelf a lot, there is a split shelf on the right hand side which you push back if you have tall items. Great design. 7) We were a bit worried the black colour was too dark, but its actually muted matte black so not harsh at all and looks good, plus really nice slim design without any handles that stick out

I bought this item last week and I love the feature of smart thing apps so that I can see if the door is closed and open irrespect of where I m where I m not I can keep an eye on the fridge door ( not direct eye but via wifi 😇) which is situated inside my home I love the colour too and especially the flat front look of the fridge. I do have old fridge which I forgot to dispose off while delivering the new one u know why because I have got so many memories with my old fridge which I will use for my personal use . Product is excellent 5 starts as u can see above 👆🏽 😀😀

This is a disaster, although the fridge is good, the freezer is a nightmare. How do you stack frozen food on a shelf? Why oh why not baskets - every time I try to find something I have either got to take everything off the shelf and restack or I try to pull the shelf out a bit and then things fall down the back onto the shelf below and I have to reorganise two shelves...... testing for a patient person. If I could change this machine I would. Alternatively please Samsung provide some wire baskets rather than these useless shelves.

We love this fridge freezer but it wasn’t without its issues. It was replaced after 4 days as it wasn’t working. We had the same issue with the second fridge but we persevered and after 3 technician visits and multiple parts changed we are extra happy. We were going to go for the plumbed in version thinking it would produce more ice. But…. We are now in a position were we can’t keep up with the ice this thing produces it is quite frankly superb. We are glad we preserved with it and extremely happy with Samsung after service, bravo

We have always had American fridge freezers and my wife always moans that the freezer section is too small usually because the ice maker and water tank take up so much space, this is not the case with the RF59C701ES9/EU rather clever design. The ice maker takes up space of half a shelf, so small but great function so the freezer capacity is huge and about the size of most families freezers and the water dispencer is small and in the fridge compartment. Well done Samsung

It’s exceptionally spacious and easily handles all our storage needs.Build in excellent quality, feels solid, reliable, and well-designed.The doors open effortlessly, and the water system is conveniently accessible. It operates very quietly. It's a perfect fit for our new kitchen, both in style and functionality. I highly recommend it.

I bought this in June and I'm glad I did, its exactly what we were looking for. The freezer is nice and big, most French doors we looked at had tiny ffreezers. The fridge space is big enough to put platters and large bowls, the ice and water dispenser will be great in Summer. My only criticism is space to stand bottles up or a bottle rack would be nice. Overall very happy with our purchase.

We have a large family and we’re in desperate need for a much larger and more energy efficient fridge as our last one was 20+ years old! As expected of Samsung, the refrigerator is extremely well built, we purposed opted for a model without an automatic ice dispenser or water dispenser as those can be nothing but trouble…. also without these there more door space! Speaking of door space, a single lower shelf on the door will easily hold several liters of milk! The fridge drawers are very generously sized as well. The freezer section has 3 levels. The top two levels are pull-out trays whereas the bottom is a pull-out drawer. Each door has 3 shelves - great for holding ice cream pots. I also should mention this is a frost free fridge! It doesn’t seem to be advertised anywhere on the sales sheet or spec. Anyways, this fridge was so good we bought a second one for our other place! I would highly recommend this fridge to anyone.

I love the massive amount of storage space and also that the fridge is the whole top section, so everything I reach for from the fridge is above waist height. Only had it a few days, but I'm delighted I went with the french door rather than the side by side american layout. I've had Samsung fridges before and they've always been great.

I bought this fridge a couple of weeks ago it was an upgrade to my side side door fridge freezer it was also a Samsung we had it for 19yrs it was still working just fine , I love this fridge,I can see what’s in the fridge now which I couldn’t see every thing before, hopefully this fridge will last just as long as the last one.

We bought this fridge last month. Main thing is made in Korea originally. It’s very quiet and efficient. I like the front small door. You don’t need to open the whole door. It got automatically water filling jug. Plus automatically ice maker. That’s incredible

Very happy with the space this product provides. Having the fridge on top and freezer on the bottom is far more practical in my opinion. I did not want a water or ice feature as find they take up necessary space so this model ticked all the boxes.

Upgraded from a 20 year old Samsung American fridge freezer with the traditional freezer one side and fridge on the other.,Did not want a standard ice dispenser as that was the first thing to go wrong but still wanted ice, also wanted more width in the fridge as sometimes I couldn’t get certain item in the old fridge. The new fridge freezer is French Door for the fridge part I have wide shelves and when the contents of the full old fridge were moved there was an unbelievable amount if free space left. In the freezer it was similar but not to such an extent. The plumbed in ice maker in the freezer works and no dispenser to go wrong. For cold water the filtered jug of cold water works well. It’s great having vegetable draws at waste height so much easier to use and the integrated water filter position is great. And as a bonus magnets stick to the door, which they didn’t on the old model Any issues, I miss having a drawer I could set to -5 to +3 Centigrade this did come in on one of the tougher priced models but the four figure difference was not worth it. While I loved the beverage door on the old fridge but due to spares not being available when it went wrong and then being useless I did not want this feature on the new fridge. All in all a great product and a 5 year guarantee show they have confidence in it durability Ic
