This is an excellent fridge, it is feature laden and a reasonably good build quality. The Smart things app works well with this. First fridge was replaced after 2 days due to a 50Hz hum and the second one had the same issue. It was quite loud and resonated through the kitchen. Tried pulling the fridge out to check over and switched if off. When switching on the noise stopped, but as soon as the fridge was moved it came back again. Next switched if off, rolled it back into place, left it to settle from any internal suspension vibration and switched it back on again, this worked. So of you move the fridge you may get the same issue. If the GPO is behind the fridge leave the fridge in place and shut down at the switchboard, let rest and restart it. It's been good now for about a week and totally silent. Hope that helps if you are sensitive to noise

Bought this 3 weeks ago and could not be happier. Fantastic features, put some music on search a recipe whilst cooking awesome!. Door design for drinks and the fridge itself is a great option too, Water jug is soooo handy as well as the dispensor auto refill water jug !!!How handy no more yelling at the kids for not filling it lol!! Love the ice machine we just removed the plastic scoop holders to make it easier. How easy to set up and run this we use three zones one fridge one deli one freezer. Ai is not perfect but quite fun to mess with, Love love love this fridge couldnt be happier.

I purchased the Bespoke french door refrigerator online in December 2023 in the colour Cotta White. Absolutely best refrigerator I have ever purchased. Love the look and especially the beverage centre feature, so different. I liked it so much that when I went to USA to visit my daughter in Tennessee at Christmas time, I purchased a Bespoke fridge for her new home and she loves it too.

Fantastic Fridge, we just can't use it! We went off the specifications to ensure it would fit within the width of our kitchen space and it did, until we tried to open the doors! Now we have the world's most expensive bar fridge and still looking for a fridge that'll fit in our kitchen space!! So in summary, a fantastic fridge, but be aware the specifications don't show width with the doors open. These have a fairly thick door each side, so you're looking at an additional 15cm of space either side based on the spec measurements for the width.

A clever design and oodles of storage are a big tick in favour of this fridge. I do, however, have beef with the fact that this cotta white fridge is in fact... a light shade of grey? It is baffling to me that the main selling point and higher price point are attributable to a much-advertised unique white hue when this fridge is not actually the gentle white shown in the marketing images. It's the same colour grey your worried face will become when you realise you have in fact been misled. If aesthetics are important, proceed with caution.
